Privacy

When you register for tryouts: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, on-field matchup, position, the tryout dates you pick, and an optional photo.

If you get an account: your sign-in email and password, held by our authentication provider. Verdant never sees your password.

As you use the app: RSVPs, lodging and ride requests, attendance, and — if you add them — USAU number, apparel sizes, CPR/first-aid certification, and an emergency contact name and phone.

Program records about you: roster status, line assignment, tryout evaluations by leadership, charges and payments, and a log of administrative changes.

If you turn on notifications: a push subscription for your device, which you can remove at any time in the app.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your data with brokers.

To run the roster and schedule, take attendance, organize rides and lodging, evaluate tryouts, collect dues and reimbursements, and reach you or your emergency contact when something happens at a field.

You can see your own profile, schedule, attendance, line and balance.

Verdant leadership can see roster, contact, emergency, attendance, evaluation and financial information for the program.

Other players cannot see your contact details, emergency contact, finances or evaluations. Contact information is shared only between a driver and a rider once a ride is arranged.

Evaluations and leadership notes are never shown to players, including the player evaluated.

Application hosting and delivery (Lovable / Cloudflare), database, authentication and file storage (Supabase), and browser push delivery by your device vendor. These providers process data on our behalf to run the app.

Roster, attendance, game and financial records are kept as program history across seasons. Past seasons are archived and become read-only.

Removed players and events go to a recoverable list rather than being erased immediately.

Photos are kept in private storage until you or leadership replace or remove them.

If you registered for a tryout and did not join the program, you can ask us to delete your registration at any time.

You can edit your own profile in the app at any time. To correct or delete anything else — including a tryout registration, a photo, or your emergency contact — contact Verdant leadership and we will handle it. We may keep financial records needed to settle what is owed.
